He believes that food has a deeper meaning than just another item to consume; it appeals to all of the senses and can be evocative, emotional and thought provoking. In essence, however, it must reflect the purity of its ingredients and be something delicious to eat. His restaurant Attica is rated among the top in Australia and is an amazing experience for any food lover. Ben also features in the Netflix series Restaurant Australia and Chef's Table.
