Dale seeks to shape the future of sales, to bring empathy, compassion, and integrity back to the forefront. He encourages salespeople to adopt the principles of servant leadership and to build their community, brick by brick.

You can tell during this conversation that Dale truly cares about everyone he talks to and it’s NOT just about the pitch. He shares how having true empathy can actually radically transform the success of your sales, but more importantly the success of the legacy that you are leaving behind.
