How much do you SHINE? And, where?

Are you SHINING in some places in your life but not others? Are you aware of how you operate differently with different people? In different scenarios? In different roles?

It was easier for me to SHINE when at work for many years. My career offered me a place to be smart, witty, strategic, a people connector and a brilliant problem-solver. All strengths of mine.

When I was with clients I felt the most comfortable and engaged and fulfilled. I know now why that is, I enjoy helping them see different ways of operating their businesses, open to new ways of leading, learn about how they are getting in their own way and how to navigate differently.

I am a manifesting maven when it comes to supporting others in creating their dreams.

Not so much when it comes to my own.

Yet, the more I dip into, deepen in, or fully dive into my own dreams, I’m not feeling as magical. Not as powerful. Not that brilliant.

I know this is true for many of us. We love to support others, advocate for them, argue for their cause and open doors for them all while seeing them at their highest and best, especially when they forget. Think of how we parent!

And, then turn it around. Do we support ourself? Advocate for ourself? Argue for our own cause/value/mission/dream? Open doors and receive? See ourSelf at our Highest and best?

This is the direction I’m heading into today. While also exploring what creates that Radiant Health and Vibrant Energy that we all desire.
