Betsy Wurzel’s interview today is with Dr. Christopher Lowe who is a world-renowned expert on sharks. Dr. Lowe is a Marine Biologist, Scientist, Professor of Marine Biology, and Director of the Shark Lab at California State University in Long Beach, California. Dr. Lowe discusses the truth about sharks, what to do if attacked by a shark and how to avoid a shark attack! Dr. Lowe also discussed climate changes and how they will affect sharks.
Dr. Lowe and his team are doing a fantastic job of educating the public about sharks, stingrays, and other marine life. They have Shark Shacks on the beaches in California.
