اشتباه از جایی شروع شد که فکر میکردم شنیدن بیهزینهست. فقط سر تکان دادم تا هذیانهایش تمام شود و برود، اما ناگهان فهمیدم خودم هم به قعر بازی کشیده شدهام. جنونی که خیال میکردم مرده، هنوز در سایهها نفس میکشید؛ و لبخندِ محوی از دل سیاهی پیدا شد... درست جایی که نباید.

The mistake began when I assumed listening cost nothing. I only nodded along so his mad ravings would end, and he’d leave, only to realise I had been dragged into the abyss of his game. An obsession I thought was long dead was still breathing in the shadows, and a faint smile appeared from the heart of the blackness... right where it never belonged.
