It was used by the US Military as part of its Herbicidal War Programme, called "Operation Reach Hand" during the Vietnam War from 1961 to 1971.
Among the Vietnamese, exposure to Agent Orange is still considered to this day as the main cause of abnormally high incidence of Miscarriages, Skin Diseases, Cancers, Birth Defects, and Congenital Malformations (often Extreme and Grotesque) dating from the 1970s.
