NHTSA, The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration issued a final rule ok'ing what they call “adaptive driving beam headlights” on new vehicles. We also talk about purchasing the right bulbs for your vehicle and not making the mistake that so many others make which often ends up costing them hundreds of dollars in repairs.
