show moreI absolutely adore the native bush and trees and walking amongst it. There is something incredibly healing about nature bathing. When I can't be in nature for whatever reason, I engage my imagination and imagine I am there and exploring and walking in it as a mindfulness meditation practice and I always come away feeling refreshed.
Listen with some headphones on and take a short mindfulness break in your work day or as you wind down for the evening.
