Miss Black Queen City Talented Teen~Elisa Cook  Elisa Cook is currently Miss Black Queen City. She is an Honor Student, model,  was Drum Major for the band, Community Leader for Teens and Young people,  is currently a Contestant for the upcoming Miss Black Mississippi USA Pageant; a Marketing and Business major in college.
