Neil and Chris present their Reptile/The Creator review!

Say brah, them dudes, Nerdy Neil and Cool Chris, are talking new movies. First, after an intro, they talk Neflix's latest notable offering- Reptile starring Benicio Del Toro and Alicia Silverstone. Like, whoa, amirite, homie? And then, after some news for ages, they talk Gareth Edward's latest scfi offering(not based on existing IP!) The Creator. Ain't that grand? Well, unless these are suck. But do they? Huh?! Well, don't be a dweeb and listen, chum.

Reptile is a 2023 American crime thriller film directed by Grant Singer in his feature-film directorial debut, from a screenplay he co-wrote with Benjamin Brewer and Benicio del Toro, and a story he co-wrote with Brewer. The film stars del Toro in the lead role, alongside Justin Timberlake, Alicia Silverstone, Eric Bogosian, Ato Essandoh, Domenick Lombardozzi, and Michael Pitt.

It premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival on September 7, 2023, and was released in the United States in select theaters on September 22, 2023, before streaming on Netflix on September 29.

The Creator is a 2023 American science fiction film produced and directed by Gareth Edwards, who co-wrote the screenplay with Chris Weitz. The film stars John David Washington, Gemma Chan, Ken Watanabe, Sturgill Simpson, Allison Janney, and Madeleine Yuna Voyles (in her film debut). After a nuclear detonation in Los Angeles and a war against artificial intelligence, an ex-special forces agent is recruited to hunt down and kill the "Creator", who has developed a mysterious weapon with the power to end the war.
