Nina Parks has been working in the regulated cannabis industry for over 5 years, specializing in sourcing great cannabis from small farmers, curating and innovating with rich cultural experiences in cannabis and disrupting the status quo to driving conversations about healing from “America’s Failed War on Drugs”forward.
Nina started off as a delivery service operator, for 3 years but had to pivot her focus as her family and community began to be regulated out of the legal market. Since then she has focused on helping to advise and create the cannabis social equity program in San Francisco and give guidance and vision to businesses that want to factor in Equity, Diversity and Inclusion into their business plan.

In her short time in the regulated cannabis industry she has helped to co-found several organizations and businesses: Mirage Medicinal, Supernova Women, The Original Equity Group and she has also sat on the board of the California Growers Association heading up their advocacy and strategy around delivery services and helped to co-found the California Cannabis Delivery Alliance.

Nina is also the owner and CEO of Gift of Doja, a company where she curates small batch cannabis grown by farmers from all over California who choose to cultivate the plant with love and intention.
