The Church of Jesus Christ is going to end the way it started, as a decentralized body of born again believers meeting from house to house, warning the lost and encouraging the saints. In America right now, there is a palpable buzz of excitement on the Conservative side of the fence, with the Republicans rightly anticipating, the Democrats accurately fearing, the coming 'Red Wave' of the Midterms Election. But no matter who wins, I can tell you what will happen with 100% accuracy. It will be 'more of the same' only worse than it was last time. In case of rain, the war will be held in the auditorium, and all that stuff, you know. Let me ask you a question, what country are you a citizen of? When the Church of Jesus Christ, the actual one, began back in the First Century AD, it was a decentralized Church that went from house to house. The gospel was preached, people were saved, pastors were ordained, sent out, and the process would begin again. It would not be until the early Fourth Century AD, 325 to be precise, that the Church would become centralized when it was swallowed whole by Rome, not to be seen again until the Reformation a thousand years later. As far as the Church is concerned, centralization is bad, decentralization is good. My message today is one that, if you're looking to make America great again, you won't like it very much. But if you're a Bible believer it will hopefully strengthen and encourage you for what is, most assuredly, coming next. This is not an "anti-America" message, it's a pro-God message, big difference.
