On this episode of Rightly Dividing, we are going back in time to the first century to pay a visit to the apostles, and see what is was like for them to live as a Christian in a time of oppression and persecution of the faith under Rome. We will be looking the apostles in the kingdom age up to the pause of that dispensation in Acts 7, and into the dispensation of the Church Age under the apostle Paul. We will see how the refining fire of real persecution kept the early church sharp and focused, and how when that persecution ended, it ushered in a thousand year period of darkness under the global rule of the Roman Catholic church.
