Del SEÑOR es la tierra y todo lo que hay en ella; el mundo y los que lo habitan. Porque él la fundó sobre los mares y la afirmó sobre los ríos. ¿Quién subirá al monte del SEÑOR? ¿Quién permanecerá en su lugar santo? El limpio de manos y puro de corazón que no ha elevado su alma a la vanidad ni ha jurado con engaño. Él recibirá la bendición del SEÑOR y la justicia del Dios de su salvación. Tal es la generación de los que le buscan, de los que buscan tu rostro, oh Dios de Jacob. Selah

Este es uno de mis salmos favoritos porque es uno de los salmos más prácticos que nos enseñan a crecer y madurar en el camino del Señor.
En una sociedad donde se han perdido los principios y valores morales y dónde hoy en día existen muchos supuestos “movimientos cristianos” donde no se hace hincapié en agradar a Dios sino en hacer sentir bien a la persona, este salmo es un reto para cada creyente que quiera acercarse de corazón al Señor y experimentar la grandeza de Su gloria.

Este salmo es muy parecido al salmo 15 y te invito para que escuches una vez más el devocional del día 30 de septiembre, donde expusimos una reflexión sobre este salmo. Los dos hacen la misma pregunta: ¿Quién estará en la presencia de Dios, o sea en el monte del Señor, y quién estará en Su lugar santo?
La respuesta es simple, sencilla, pero a la misma vez muy profunda: el que tiene su corazón puro, o sea que no guarda rencor ni tiene pensamientos maliciosos. También el que tiene sus manos limpias, o sea que todo lo que hace lo hace con integridad y sin maldad. Esa persona que vive una vida honesta,transparente, bondadosa y misericordiosa recibirá bendiciones extraordinarias de parte del Señor y será parte de esa generación santa que sobresale en medio de una generación mala!
En este momento mi corazón está compungido, y con todo mi corazón les suplico que, por favor, no se dejen influenciar por las corrientes actuales de este mundo, que incluso las celebridades y líderes del mundo cristiano se han dejado contaminar y están dando un mal ejemplo, que han sacrificado la integridad por disfrutar reconocimientos y embriagarse de fama. Por favor, no menosprecies a tu pastor o a tus líderes que con humildad están marcando la diferencia. Por favor, no creas que ha pasado de moda el ser un cristiano humilde, honesto y manso.
Seamos parte de esa generación que el mundo rechaza y se burla pero que ante los ojos de Dios son protegidos, bendecidos y justificados.
¡Este salmo cierra con una declaración profética del Mesías cuando resucitó de entre los muertos y ascendió a los cielos como un guerrero victorioso! Después de que Jesús conquistó la muerte y venció el diablo, el pecado y la maldad, el Señor regresó con manos llenas de despojos por la batalla que ganó contra el reino de las tinieblas, regresó con las llaves del infierno, del Hades y con millones de almas escogidas para entrar a la presencia de Dios porque miraron a Jesucristo y lo aceptaron como su Dios y Salvador.
Por eso leemos aquí una declaración de festividad entre los espectadores, ¡los seres celestiales que abrían paso al Rey de reyes y Señor de señores! Los ángeles que por primera vez veían al Salvador y su naturaleza glorificada, y que entraba a los lugares celestiales.
El Señor entraba con una nueva cualidad o un nuevo título a su favor y es: ¡"El que vivió, estuvo muerto, pero que ahora vive por los siglos de los siglos", cuyo costado fue traspasado, sus manos y sus pies fueron horadados, y que ha redimido al mundo entero de la esclavitud del pecado y que recibe a todo aquel que quiera ser parte de Su pueblo, redimidos por Su sangre, y que son candidatos para vivir en la nueva Jerusalén!
¡Wow! ¡Qué visión tan majestuosa e inigualable!

Considera:
¿Te estás acomodando a la generación que se ha corrompido, perdiendo los principios bíblicos?
¿Estás luchando y ganando la victoria contra las influencias de filosofías humanas, manteniendo el temor de Dios en tu corazón?

October 9: An extremely blessed generation.
Psalm 24:1-10:
The earth is the Lord’s, and all its fullness, the world and those who dwell therein. For He has founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the waters. Who may ascend into the hill of the Lord? Or who may stand in His holy place? He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who has not lifted up his soul to an idol, nor sworn deceitfully. He shall receive blessing from the Lord, and righteousness from the God of his salvation. This is Jacob, the generation of those who seek Him, who seek Your face. Selah
Lift up your heads, O you gates! And be lifted up, you everlasting doors! And the King of glory shall come in. Who is this King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle. This is one of my favorite psalms because it is one of the most practical psalms that teaches us to grow and mature in the way of the Lord.
In a society where moral principles and values ​​have been lost and where today there are many supposed “christian movements” where the emphasis is not on pleasing God but on making the person feel good, this psalm is a challenge for every believer who wants to get closer to the Lord from the heart and experience the greatness of His glory.

This psalm is very similar to Psalm 15 and I invite you to listen once again to the devotional on September 30, where we presented a reflection on this psalm. They both ask the same question: Who will be in the presence of God, that is, on the mountain of the Lord, and who will be in His holy place?
The answer is simple but at the same time very profound: he who has a pure heart, that is, he does not hold a grudge or have malicious thoughts. Also he who has clean hands, that is, everything he does he does with integrity and without evil. That person who lives an honest, transparent, kind and merciful life will receive extraordinary blessings from the Lord and will be part of that holy generation that stands out in the midst of a bad generation!
At this moment my heart is contrite, and with all my heart I beg you, please, don't be influenced by the present currents of this world, that even the celebrities and leaders of the Christian world have allowed themselves to be contaminated and are giving a bad example, who have sacrificed integrity to enjoy recognition and get drunk on fame. Please don't belittle your pastor or your leaders who are humbly making a difference. Please don't think that being a humble, honest and meek Christian is out of fashion.
Let us be part of that generation that the world rejects and mocks but that in the eyes of God are protected, blessed and justified.
This psalm closes with a prophetic declaration of the Messiah when He rose from the dead and ascended to heaven as a victorious warrior! After Jesus conquered death and defeated the devil, sin and evil, the Lord returned with hands full of spoils from the battle that He won against the kingdom of darkness, He returned with the keys of hell, Hades and with millions of souls chosen to enter the presence of God because they looked at Jesus Christ and accepted Him as their God and Savior.
That is why we read here a declaration of festivity among the spectators, the celestial beings who made way for the King of kings and Lord of lords! The angels who for the first time saw the Savior and His glorified nature, and who entered the heavenly places.
The Lord entered with a new quality or a new title in His favor and it is: "He who lived, was dead, but now lives forever and ever", whose side was pierced, His hands and feet were pierced, and who has redeemed the whole world from the slavery of sin and who receives all those who want to be part of His people, redeemed by His blood, and that are candidates to live in the new Jerusalem!
Wow! What a majestic and unmatched sight!

Consider this:
Are you accommodating to the generation that has become corrupted, losing the biblical principles?
Are you fighting and winning the victory against the influences of human philosophies, keeping the fear of God in your heart?
