She writes about divorce, parenting and group therapy and her book, Unhitched: Thriving Before, During and After Divorce, published by Simon and Schuster will be out in January, 2026. Oona has treated hundreds of women who are navigating the emotional journey of divorce. Recognizing the immense need for additional divorce support groups, last year she founded the Beacon Group Fellowship, a training program to teach mental health providers how to lead these groups.
