Kim Sudderth shares her journey as an entrepreneur and caretaker of her relative for many years. She discusses the sacrifices made to her personal and professional life and the emotional toll it took on her.


Kim M. Sudderth hails from a long line of entrepreneurs. Her grandmother, Janice, owned a home based business. Her Aunt Brenda is the co-founder of a social service agency for children with special needs in New York City. Across the seas in the Bahamas, her Aunt Gloria owned a successful business. Kim's ingenuity was ignited as a result of her not being able to find a job after graduating from college. She decided if she could not find a job then she would create one. In December 1995, Kim's Creations was born. It was a hand-crafted greeting card company. As a result of her hard work, Kim's Creations has been showcased throughout New York City.

Kim has always taken a role of leadership when it comes to assisting people to the next level of their business. She received her name The Business Brick Layer because of her motto, “A Good Business is Built Brick by Brick”.

Kim felt a need to create an environment for women to learn, grow, and network. She set out to create a place where women could be inspired, get motivated and have resources all under one roof. In 2011, Kim held the first Passion into Profit Women’s Luncheon. Today it has transformed into the Passion into Purpose (PIP) Women Rock membership. PIP is a ??? dedicated to assisting women create healthy legacies in the areas of family, faith, health, finance/business and fun. The membership is designed to be a sisterhood, a support system, a safe place to learn, grow and network. PIP offers the tools to expand women’s roles and the abilities to create their own healthy legacies.

Kim has been honored with the Achievement Award of the year, by the Williamsbridge Youth Club of National Association of Negro Business and Professional Women’s Club, Inc. She has been featured in Pushy Dreamers magazine. She writes a business column in Solo Parenting Magazine. Kim is the author of “Affirimations to Living By”. She is also a contributing author in “Cheer to Your Success” volume one and “A Letter to My Mother”.

Kim aka “Radio Angel” has over 7 years of experiences producing radio programs. She is currently the executive producer of one of the hottest internet gospel radio programs, The Morning Glory International Voices of Hope Show. As the producer, she has helped to create a space where new artists can showcase their gifts, while shedding light on areas to help move people into higher levels in their lives. Kim has worked as the executive producer at Rebel Radio Network and produced four shows on the network: What Moves You with Meet Bonique, Living It up with Robin Ransom, Game Time, and NYC Football Forum Live. Kim has produced The Beauties of I AM ME, Man Talk 101 and Simply IB (theatre radio) for the I AM ME Radio Network. She is also a producer for the Release the Word Network, where she produced Word from the Well and is currently producing Behind Your Dollar.

Kim's current role as founder of PIP Women Rock and CEO of Angel Power Holdings, LLC, allows her to focus on assisting people to build healthy legacies in all areas of their lives, along with bringing their dreams to life. When Kim is not speaking, producing radio programs, conducting radio/TV interviews, tele-seminars, or workshops, she is building her real estate company. Kim enjoys being a long time member of the Morning Glory International Community Development Corporation (a church without walls) and Kingdom Life Temple as well as spending time with family and friends, traveling, and taking photos.
