Today We Look at How to Rid Yourself of Worry. The Word of God Gives the Specific Instructions on What to Do about Worry.

The Lord Jesus Tells You Himself:
“Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing?”
‭‭(Matthew‬ ‭6:25‬)

He is telling you: To Stop being perpetually uneasy, anxious and worried about your life. And the reason He Gives You in Matthew 6:8: Your Father Knows Those Things You Need before You Ask Him. Then He Directs you to pray knowing that He knows the things you have need, the things that make you uneasy, anxious and work about your life.

Then Jesus tells again: The Father Knows Well What You Need, so Seek His Way of Doing Things and Being Right, and Then All the Things You Have Need of Will Be Given unto You. ‭‭(Matthew‬ ‭6:32-33‬)‬

Jesus Continues: Do not worry or be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will have worries and anxieties of its own. Sufficient for each day is its own trouble.
‭‭(Matthew‬ ‭6:34‬)

This is not just good Advice, It is the Command of God: DO NOT Worry.

Then the Holy Spirit in Philippians 4:6 gives you the antidote to Worry.

Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done.
‭‭Philippians‬ ‭4:6‬ ‭

Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus. Philippians‬ ‭4:7‬ ‭

God Loves you and Hears your Prayers, Who Loves Him. He Draws you to Himself to Comfirm with His Peace His Answers are Already on the Away.

God is instructing you To HUMBLE yourselves, under the mighty hand of God, that at the right time he will honor you.1 Peter‬ ‭5:6‬ ‭

BY CASTING YOUR WORRIES ON THE LORD, it Redirects your Attention from your Worry to His Loving Presence, to Find Grace to Help. Who Cares for you Affectionately; to Find Grace to Help in your Time of Need; well timed Help coming just when he knows that you need. For God cares for you Affectionately; Who is your Good Shepherd Who Laid Down His Life for you and Intercedes for you.-1 Pe 5:7, Rom 8:34, Heb 7:25

When You put God First, Watch Your Life Changes.

Putting God First is an Act of Humility GOD HONORS; He Tells you: Humble yourself, to Show Humility, to Lower your Estimation of Yourself, what you can do in your own strengths, and resources and talents. The Greek word here is tapeinóō (5013) This Happens by Being FULLY DEPENDENT o on the LORD – Dismiss Self-Reliance upon self, self-governance, and EMPTYING your carnal ego. This EXALTS the LORD as your ALL IN ALL and prompts the Gift of His Fullness in You as a Believer.

Therefore, you place yourself intentionally "UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF GOD", Depending on His Mighty Power at work in you, under the mighty hand of God, that in due time He may exalt you,”
