Stephen Pullie: 1987 graduate of the University of SC with majors in Business Marketing andManagement. He entered the Purchasing profession in 1997 and has served as the ProcurementDirector at the SC Dept. of Public Safety, SC Department of Juvenile Justice, and SC Department ofMental Health. Currently he serves as the Director of Real Estate, Fleet, and Purchasing for the SC Department of Probation, Parole & Pardon. He has served on the Board of the SC Association ofGovernment Purchasing Officials since 2009 including arising to President in 2014. Steve currently is a Director at Large and serves as the Sponsorship and Trade Show Chairmen for the Annual Forum.
