West Catholic Quarterback Bernie Varnesdeel appeared on the "Sports Project Radio Show," hosted by the Professor, Steve Project (Oct. 22, 2022).

On the show, the senior transfer talks about the welcoming West Catholic community, as well as Friday night's big win against rival Unity Christian, 36-18. The win makes the team to 8-1 overall and OK Blue Champions.

West Catholic remains ranked No. 1 in Division 6 of the MHSAA varsity football. The team will find out about the playoffs at 6 p.m. Sunday. It is expected to host the first game next Friday, Oct. 28.
