show moreKevin Thornton is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University with a BS in Health Administration and a graduate of Argosy University with a Master's in Organizational Psychology.. I'm a life coach, holistic health coach, author, indoor cycling instructor and internet radio personality whose life purpose is to inspire, educate and empower others to create the healthiest versions of themselves mind, body and spirit. Before becoming a coach, I was coached by Iyanla Vanzant and her team and that put me on the path of becoming one myself. Additionally, I use my platforms to change the narrative of how society and the media portray black men.. I want the world to know there are more men like me than what they see and hear on tv and radio.
Chef Remy Sainte, also known as Chemy, is originally from New York and a first-generation Haitian-American. His love for food comes from growing up and watching his grandmother cook from wee hours in the morning to late evenings. He has worked in different culinary establishments and with well-known chefs. After being in the industry for more than 10 years and graduating from Culinary school, he has set his eye on having his own and leaving a legacy to pass onto his beautiful children. His brainchild, Nap Manje, is what he has come up with to share with the world. His main focus is to bring his Haitian heritage and Caribbean food to a more refined level of dining. How he will be doing this is the question that will be answered.
