Join Jamie and Angela Lingerfelt and their guest Pastor Jonathan Crider as they discuss being restored into the Kingdom of God. Restoration was part of Jesus' purpose. Part of that restoration is that we would be able to deny ourselves. God hears us and satisfies us, but also causes us to hunger for more of Him. That hunger for Him draws more of His presence into our lives, and helps develop His character in us. Living a sacrificial life is living by faith, and living that lifestyle requires a person to bank on the reality that we store our treasures in heaven. To live is Christ and to die is gain. We have to lose our lives to save them. We have to live our lives from a place of victory, from our identity as citizens of heaven, rather than living like we are moving towards those things. We already have them as God's children. Faith and love are the currency of God's kingdom, and when we walk in those things we will experience the lifestyle of the Kingdom. The ones who sacrifice everything for God and His Gospel are the ones God remembers. Jesus became the Son of man so that we could become the sons and daughters of God. Be blessed and encouraged!
