Drew Leonard's Power 2017 Lecture demonstrated his attempt to dissect the fulfilled view of the resurrection of the dead. He argued that the age to come was yet future and was not in contrast to the end of the age of Moses. He also argued that since Paul was a member of the firstfruits community as a Jew, he should already have been resurrection per Philippians 3:10-11. These and other statements by Leonard demonstrate he does not yet have the grasp of resurrection or of our presentation of the arguments that he claims to have. He rejects plain teachings of Scripture to maintain his futurist theories.
