In this 30 minute episode, I take a look at the way the Benefits system has served the most vulnerable, how staff are motivated by incentive to sanction or punish more than help and guide, and how, ultimately, the drive to please people who will never need to use the social safety net, think those who do are entirely made up of workshy or shirking people.
