show moreNews of the day: A new month has begun and it’s time to assess how the year is working out for you. Did you make any resolutions for the new year? Have you been able to stay in line with the guidelines of your resolutions? Don’t fret if the answers are no. You can review your experience and re-evaluate. You can start over. If you are looking for a bit of support, feel free to book an assessment to learn more about your options. Or consider the weekend we have scheduled for March 1st, 2nd and 3rd. During that time, you can work with Dave and Peggy refining the tools to make it easier to manage your own body. Are you over 40 and starting to question what happened to the body you had in your twenties? Are you feeling a bit achy and trying to find solutions to feel better in your own skin? Unfortunately, none of our bodies came with an owner’s manual like our cars, computers and appliances. Each of our bodies is unique. We have each traveled a different path and have experienced different challenges. Our needs and our likes vary. Learn the techniques that resonate with you and you are willing to commit to for your own care and maintenance. Work toward a program that is simple and easily followed. This is the program we have been creating over the last twenty years. Watch Facebook and our website for more information on this upcoming weekend. There will be plenty of classes, private one on one time as well as time to evaluate the information shared.
