Welcome to the weekend edition of RiversZen Today for Saturday and Sunday, February 9th and 10th, 2019
News of the day: As I post this, we have snow collecting but it doesn’t look as bad as the forecast so our full schedule of classes will be happening today. Put on your heavy jacket, gloves, scarf and boots and head out the door. We will be there waiting for you. The view from each of our studios is breathtaking and you know the workout is going to be fun, relaxing, exhilarating or maybe a combination of the above. Each time you go to the mat is a new opportunity to connect with new sensations or reconnect with old familiar nagging body parts. Try to take the time today to expand your experience. Maybe stay in a pose a little longer or slow down your pace as you flow from pose to pose. Allow your body to sense things more deliberately. You might be amazed at what you might learn about your body. Think of each class as your own self-care session taking that opportunity to truly connect with your body and noting the sensations it shares. If you just can’t bear the thought of going out in the cold, head over to www.myriverszen.com and check out a class or two online.
