I Ron Desantis, Governor of Florida, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the constitution and laws of the state do hereby commission: Robert W. Sutton who was duly elected on the fifth day of November, 2024 to be a member of the Board of Supervisors, Broward Soil and Water Conservation District. Broward County. District two. --
For a term beginning on the Sixth day of November, 2024, until the first day of January 2029.
According to the constitution and laws of the state and in the name of the people of the state of Florida to have, hold and exercise the said office and all the powers and responsibilities appertaining thereto, and to receive the priveleges and emoluments therof in accordance with the law.
