IAEM-USA Region 4 serves Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee..Michael Evans is the IAEM-USA Region 4 President and currently serves as the Deputy Director for the Mobile County Emergency Management Agency in Alabama.
