show moreRachel Burkholz is a functional nutritionist, a certified 200 RYT, and CNS candidate with a passion in women's health. Her path to becoming a functional nutritionist was paved with professional milestones and personal revelations. With a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and a Master's in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine, her journey into the world of wellness was sparked by a personal health struggle. Frustrated with the lack of solutions, she delved into researching alternative approaches to wellness. This exploration led her to the fascinating world of functional nutrition.
She officially launched Rooted by Rachel in 2023, her virtual functional nutrition practice dedicated to helping women reclaim their health and feel good in their bodies. Through Rooted by Rachel, she provides personalized medical nutrition therapy, ongoing support, and guidance tailored to each client's unique needs.
