Case #1: The Toddler on The Train Tracks - James Bulger was a two year old boy who went missing while shopping with his mom. His mangled body would be found on the local train tracks, and sadly what happened to him before his death might not have been as shocking as who were the perpetrators of the crime. (J. Venables & R.
