In Episode 27 we discuss the  relationship between police and community, school safety, and the  struggles police as individuals face in both personal and professional  life.  Anthony has over 20 years of service in law enforcement, most at a city  declining into one of the most violent in the nation. The student attack  at Columbine drove training across his department, evolving their every  day tactics and response. Yet he did not see these changes in the way  schools respond to incidents, evidenced in Parkland. Anthony began  researching acts of violence and student crisis, and spends much of his  time studying security as an ASIS member and PSP applicant.
