As a social media VA turned Facebook ad and sales funnel strategist, Brandi Mowles has grown her income from $0 to 6-figures in just 11 months. In addition to running the service-based portion of her business, Brandi also helps other service-based businesses scale to 5-figure months so they can enjoy the same financial and life-freedom that she has.
When she isn't creating a killer Facebook ad or teaching other service-based businesses how to scale, you can find Brandi hanging out with her husband and 14-month old daughter.
TAKEAWAYS:
Brandi’s super power is actually an indirect super power. The relationships that she has formed have connected her to people in unique and profitable ways. She builds relationships without an agenda and expecting nothing in return, only to see her efforts come back to her ten-fold.
Brandi has made money management a priority in her business. By paying herself and her family a modest salary it has allowed her to scale back in order to scale up because she wasn’t relying on that income to pay her bills. When she transitioned her business from VA services to specifically Facebook Ads, she was able to let go of some clients in order to hone in on her expertise, while not feeling the financial strain of needing to bring in a certain amount of money.
When you peel back the layers for service-based providers the true revenue producing activities are: marketing, discovery calls, and client work. By focusing on those tasks it has helped her to scale quickly and intentionally.
You don’t have to choose between being a mom and having a successful business, you can have BOTH.
