Dallas Police Chief Hall previously released a statement explaining why she could not fire white female police officer Amber Guyger, who shot and killed her neighbor Botham Jean, while off duty. Sgt Dorsey recorded this podcast explaining why Chief Hall should fire Guyger. Guyger was fired on the same day that Botham Jean was laid to rest, in his native country of Saint Lucia.
