Many, if not most people, lead very busy and involved lives juggling careers, family, social life, volunteer activities, education, other commitments and activities while finding time for self-care can be a challenge and may be viewed as an indulgence, rather than a priority. In reality, practicing self-care ensures that you are mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually energized and, as a result, you show up as your optimum self. Join Erica Gifford Mills, with her guest Janet Christensen, as they discuss several self-care ideas, options, tools and strategies and how to choose what will work best for you.

My goal is to uplift and empower you to live the life you love. To take care of yourself and advocate for yourself in order to live a more fulfilled life and better care and love those around you.
