Every athlete exercises self-control in all things. They do it to receive a perishable wreath, but we an imperishable. So I do not run aimlessly; I do not box as one beating the air. But I discipline my body and keep it under control, lest after preaching to others I myself should be disqualified.

***The Mystery's Challenge Of The Week For Us All***
‘After listening identify ALL the areas of your life where you can ‘GET SELF CONTROLLED’ on the way to your goal and dream. Write them down on a sheet of paper and then decide on 3 different ways or times you can, & by faith according to Gods word,TO DEVELOPE SELF CONTROL ON THE WAY TO YOUR GREATER GOOD. ***NOTE: The Easiest way for me is to FIGURE WHEN ARE WHERE I BEGIN TO LOSE SELF CONTROL ON THE WAY TO MY GOALS & THEN WRITE DOWN WAYS THAT YOU CAN DETECT THEM WHEN THEY TRY TO SURFACE ACCORDING TO THE WORD OF GOD FOR THAT DREAM AND OR GOAL!! Based on what you have learned and been reminded of here…. ARE YOU AWARE OF THE GOD-GIVEN POWER TO THINK, CHOOSE, SPEAK, FEEL & ACT IN FAITH WITHIN YOU when it comes to consciously ’BE SELF CONTROLLED IN THE SPIRIT' each day so that He and His love can flow through you in an ‘easier’ way for and towards your greater good? Jot down the intention to ‘let it be so’ in your journal and then ask God for the strength, patience and love put it into conscious loving practice with acceptance. Amen.
