Born and raised in Encinitas, CA, Serayah McNeill is a young multifaceted singer, actor and dancer. She began her career in theater, and has starred in numerous productions, all while writing and recording her own music.



In addition to EMPIRE, McNeill recently starred in Taylor Swift's music video for her latest chart-topping single, “Bad Blood.”

Global superstar Justin Timberlake will be recognized with the Decade Award for his constant evolution as an artist over the last 10 years. 2016 nominee for Choice Music Breakout Artist, Charlie Puth, will perform his hit single, “We Don’t Talk Anymore,” and EMPIRE’s Serayah also will perform.
