In 99 it is fair to say WWF had a stranglehold back on wrestling. It had fought away its nearest rival in WCW and was dominating the wrestling landscape. However, as ever, there was the third promotion, the cult rival to the big boys, who were chugging along and desperately trying to find its way with limited resources. By Mid 1999 gone were Raven and Sandman, both now in rival WCW, however there was a shock arrival in the land of extreme, the ruler of the world...SID!
