Dr. Donnetta Watson is the founder of The Black MasterMind Group, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing education, coaching, and development opportunities to Black entrepreneurs. With a mission to reduce disparities in the Black business community, the group focuses on empowering entrepreneurs through job readiness, workforce development, and entrepreneurial programs. Dr. Watson is known as "The Launch Strategist" and has a background in business management, government service, and community activism. Her work is centered around helping Black entrepreneurs succeed by guiding them through the challenges of starting and growing businesses
