*CAUTION* ! ! ! DO NOT LISTEN TO WHILE DRIVING OR ANY OTHER ACTIVITY THAT REQUIRES YOU TO BE FULLY FOCUSED, AWARE AND AWAKE ! ! ! I actually custom...
show moreI actually custom created this sound design as one of the first personalized relaxation and sleep tracks. I produced it for my big sister who is a retired Military Veteran of The United States Navy.
Sleep more soundly with these Delta brain wave stimulating sounds. Pure tones customized to help you sleep naturally, deeply, and dreamily. Delta brain waves are produced by your brain when you are in a state of deep sleep, and using this natural, sound-based relaxation and sleep-aid will help you to create the soothing brain environment needed for restful, healing sleep. You may also use this as a soundtrack for relaxation and meditation.
Best used with stereo headphones of speakers placed on either side of your head to stimulate the brainwaves through brain hemisphere synchronization. However, there are continual delta frequencies that have a similar calming effect even if stereo placement is not an option, or somehow unavailable.
Brain Waves Stimulated In This Audio:
0.5Hz - Delta for deep sleep with 102.5Hz right ear - 102Hz left ear.
6.5Hz - Theta for REM sleep with 101.5 right ear - 95 left ear.
10.5 Alpha - for relaxation with 88.5 right ear - 78 left ear.
Additional Delta frequency of 0.1 with ocean wave simulation; 0.2 left - 0.1 right
["Delta waves are the slowest recorded brain waves in human beings. They are found most often in infants and young children, and are associated with the deepest levels of relaxation and restorative, healing sleep. Adequate production of delta waves helps us feel completely rejuvenated and promotes the immune system, natural healing, and restorative/deep sleep."
