LaVondia is a 6th-generation Texan whose passion for drawing out the best in others has taken her through various opportunities in education the wellness arena. She consistently seeks new ways to create spaces for others to "give birth" to new ideas and ways of looking at life's challenges, which led to her co-founding Pheenomenal Solutions. Realizing the need to increase her skill set to meet her community’s social and emotional needs post-COVID, she dedicated her time to becoming an advanced-level registered yoga teacher (RYT500) so that she could effectively facilitate virtual community yoga classes and healing circles.
