About Cashea Airy

Cashea Airy is a flight attendant for a major U.S. airline, an aspiring broadcast journalist, and a reporter for New York University’s The Click. Her work has appeared on Spectrum News 1 Southern California and Inside the Issues with Alex Cohen. She is from the San Francisco Bay Area and completed her undergraduate studies at UCLA and Sacramento State University. She is pursuing a master’s degree in American Journalism at the Arthur L. Carter Institute of Journalism at New York University. Cashea enjoys traveling, working out, reading, and discovering new restaurants & coffee shops. She also recently relaunched her beauty line, Sincerely Cash, which offers makeup, tools, and tips for makeup artists and everyday women.

With more than 25 years of experience in image consulting and public relations, Armstrong enjoys helping people “be their best, by looking and feeling their best” in body and spirit by advising about skincare, makeup, grooming, overall personal appearance, presentation skills, and job readiness training, she also teaches in the Fashion Department at City College of San Francisco.

Working in the underserved Bayview Hunter’s Point neighborhood in San Francisco, Armstrong is the Founder of the Primed & Prepped: A Hospitality Management/Culinary Arts Mentoring and Job Training Program at the Bayview Hunters Point YMCA. The program aims to help mitigate the barriers to employment for young males and females of color.
