In the basement studio now, I chat about how September's been going in my new "retired" life, and some odd and unexpected negativity that's come my way. But also good news about keeping up with a healthy gym/eat/sleep lifestyle, within what my hands can do. We had our 30th Anniversary, I talk about some writing, art and the KWSA, and new from this black thumb, omg ...PLANTS? LOL!

I've added one more "What I hear vs..." at the Sarah McLachlan concert, and a short kiddos update.
