How should leaders interact with all five generations? First, drop all the stigmas. Think about how to lead a diverse aged group. Remember, across all generations, what do we ALL want from work? 

At 40,000 feet, work needs to be meaningful. Good leaders connect meaning to work regardless of the age. All workers want flexibility. It's not just Gen Z. 

The big lesson for all employees is "don't run away from something. Run toward the challenge and find meaning." 

Relative to ageism, never forget that Baby Boomer wisdom is untouchable.
