Past chapters unveil this reaction to no action as being a strong warning—the beast’s arrival is soon. I see his shadow plotting the best access. Through assumption, the view of a wicked expression blankets the curves of a face blessed with wretched games. He notices me watching—the battle is set to begin. Today’s challenge: The difference between someone reading my secret writings or re-opening a piece of life I felt would never be relived. To go through it again paints for me a picture of an aging man puking up food only to devour it second time.
