Our December TACKLE TALK features Kelly Butler, a 4 year NFL vet and Purdue University Alum. Butler finished his playing career in Winnipeg, Manitoba with the Winnipeg Bluebombers.

As founder of the charity "Playing 4 a Purpose", Butler is giving back to the Winnipeg community through his mentorship program 'DREAM Chasers', athletic performance program 'Recruit Ready', and his work in the community as a foster parent.

Butler speaks about his tumultuous upbringing, along with the murder of his Mother, and deaths of his Father and nephew. He also speaks about how he dealt with being 'cut' from the NFL and the struggle it's been dealing with his own mental health and coming to peace with his past and the people that did not see eye to eye with him.
