On episode 4, I am joined by Jeff Milroy and Chris Cartwright as we discuss mental health from a coaches perspective and also from a preventative strategy and resource perspective.

Jeff Milroy, from University of North Carolina Greensboro, is an assistant professor in the Department of Public Health Education, as well as Associate Director with the Institute to Promote Athlete Health and Wellness.

Chris Cartwright, from Kelowna Secondary in British Columbia, is the Head Football coach and Behaviour Teacher/Attendance Administrator at KSS.
