The list could go on and on. Scott Greenhut was the last living person in his immediate family at 33. He lost his mom, Harriet, when he was 12, his dad when he was 31 and his sister when he was 33. Once Scott's dad passed away, he was able to start the journey to better his own health, something his dad had been on him about for most of his life.

Since changing his life, Scott has created #PleaseJustStart. He wants others to get out of their comfort zone, try something new, and to really live NOW while we can.

In Scott's own words:

Since December 2017, I have lost 110 pounds and kept it off. I went from 268 to 158, as a result of this I have dramatically reversed the effects of my sleep apnea. I made a goal for myself to do my Elliptical 365 days in a row - I ended up doing 370.

I want to inspire the world that you don't have to be defined by your circumstances, and to start something you've always wanted to do... #PleaseJustStart

Scott's advice: Don't wait for something negative to happen in your life for you to make the positive change you always think about.
