When European settlers were first making contact in the 1700’s with Native American Cherokee tribes, they noticed an interesting oral tradition that had been passed down for generations. They all spoke of the mysterious moon-eyed people, an interesting “race” of people that dwelled in the southeastern region of America, before the arrival of the Cherokee. Legend says that these people, who were ostensibly white, were unable to see in the daylight, and they warred with the Cherokee. The Cherokee eventually drove the moon-eyed people off of their lands and took over the region, where they remained for generations after.

So, what were the Moon-Eyed People and is there anything else we can learn about their history and existence? Jessica was tasked with the "Moon-Eyed People" as a coordinate remote viewing target and discusses the data here with Dr. Dennis Carroll.
