At one point he tied Fernando Valenzuela for most victories in a season by a pitcher from Mexico with 21. When he was charged with 3 years of federal prison for Felony Cocaine possession with intent to distribute. Because he is a Resident not a Citizen, when he gets out he will be immediately deported. Laoiza told the court he was broke, with only 4 cars and no property or other money to his name. Friends closest to him say he was broke because his family kept asking him for money. Its ok if your brother needed a car, but it didn't have to be a luxury car
