In a new report we are learning about a bizarre incident involving Courtney Clenney and a teenage boy who says that after meeting her while on a walk he was approached by Clenney who struck up a conversation with the young man and then asked him to walk her home. The unfortunate and disgusting circus surrounding the trial of Richard Allen, the man accused of murdering Abby Williams and Libby German, is still at a stand still due to the on going drama between the judge overseeing the case, Judge Frances Gull and the on again off again on again lawyers representing Richard Allen, Rozzi and Baldwin.
After the supreme court of Indiana ruled that Judge Gull would remain seated as the Judge overseeing the trial, Richard Allen's lawyers are still not satisfied as they continue to seek the removal of Judge Gull, either by her own free will via a recusal or any other means that might be available to them.
According to experts ,they face an uphill climb.
