The Delphi murders refer to the 2017 slayings of Abigail "Abby" Williams and Liberty "Libby" German in Delphi, Indiana. The two teenage girls went missing on February 13, 2017, while walking on the Delphi Historic Trails, and their bodies were found the next day near the Monon High Bridge.

Richard Allen, a 51-year-old local resident and CVS manager, was arrested in October 2022 and charged with their murders. Prosecutors allege that Allen was at the trails on the day of the murders and that an unspent .40 caliber round found near the girls' bodies was linked to a gun recovered from Allen's home. Additionally, Allen allegedly made incriminating statements while incarcerated.

The case against Allen has seen several legal challenges and delays. His trial, initially set for January 2024, has been moved to October 2024. Allen's defense has suggested that other individuals, potentially linked to a white nationalist Odinist group, may be responsible for the murders, claiming there is no direct evidence tying Allen to the crime scene.
